By participating in 33 Numbers (the “Game” or “Contest”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Please read these Official Rules before entering the Contest. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may, in the sole discretion of 33 Numbers, LLC, result in disqualification from the Contest. You must meet the eligibility requirements and follow the rules regarding participation as set forth here. 33 Numbers, LLC (the “Company”) reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time at its sole discretion.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE OFFICIAL RULES INCORPORATE THE PROVISIONS OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT SUBJECT USERS TO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY CLASS, GROUP, OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM AND REQUIRE YOU TO PURSUE PAST, PENDING, AND FUTURE DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND 33 NUMBERS LLC THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION UNLESS YOU OPT OUT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME. SEE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MORE INFORMATION.

1.  Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Nevada and Washington, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. The Contest is void in Nevada and Washington due to those states' more stringent regulatory requirements and void elsewhere where prohibited or restricted by law. You must have access to the Internet to enter or play. Employees of 33 Numbers LLC and their families are not eligible to win any prizes offered by 33 Numbers LLC.

2.  Definitions

The following capitalized terms have the meanings set forth below wherever they appear in these Official Rules.

“Bonus Zone” means any scoring range from 15 through 29 that triggers a Scoring Bonus multiplier, as set forth in the Scoring Bonuses section.

“Coin” means a virtual in-game token that may be used to purchase Undos. Coins have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between players.

“Company” means 33 Numbers, LLC.

“Contest or Game” means the 33 Numbers daily skill-based competition governed by these Official Rules.

“Daily Cash Jackpot or Jackpot” means the monetary prizes awarded at the end of each Game Day to the five highest cumulative Daily Scores, as described in the Daily Cash Jackpot section.

“Daily Score” means the cumulative total of all Final Scores plus any First Place Bonuses earned by a Player during a single Game Day.

“End Time” means 9:59:59pm Eastern Time on any given calendar day, which marks the end of a Game Day.

“Final Score” means the Score earned in a single Round after any applicable Scoring Bonus has been applied.

“First Place Bonus” means the additional Coins and per-minute Daily Score increase awarded to a Player while holding the leading Daily Score during a Game Day, as described in the First Place Bonuses section.

“First Place Jackpot” means the Jackpot awarded to the Player with the highest Daily Score at the End Time of a Game Day, as specified in the Daily Cash Jackpot section.

“Friend” means another Player who has signed up with 33 Numbers using your Referral Code.

“Game Day or Day” means the period beginning at 10:00:00pm Eastern Time (the “Start Time”) on one calendar day and ending at 9:59:59pm Eastern Time the following calendar day (the “End Time”). All scoring and Jackpot determinations are made on a Game Day basis.

“Game Play Screen” means the primary interface in the app during active gameplay, which displays the Tile, the game board, the SPIN button, and current scoring information.

“Hint” means an optional numerical guide displayed in each empty space on the game board that represents the proportional Tile value expected for that space, as described in the Hints section.

“Highlight” means an optional visual indication of which spaces on the board are available for placement of the current Tile, as described in the Highlights section.

“Instant 33 Jackpot” means the cash prize of $500 awarded to any Player who achieves a Score of 33 in a single Round without using any Undo or Speed Play, as described in the Instant 33 Jackpot section.

“Magnifier” means the area near the top center of the Game Play Screen that displays the active Tile before it is placed on the board.

“Official Rules” means these 33 Numbers Official Game Rules.

“Player or you” means any individual who participates in the Contest in accordance with these Official Rules.

“Premium Version” means the paid subscription tier of 33 Numbers, which removes ads between Rounds and provides discounted Coin pricing.

“Privacy Policy” means the Company's privacy policy, located at www.33numbers.com/privacy, as amended from time to time.

“Referral Code” means the unique code assigned to each Player and displayed on the Friends Tab, which Friends may use to sign up for 33 Numbers and trigger referral rewards.

“Rocket Zone” means any scoring tier from 30 through 33 that triggers a Scoring Bonus advancing the Player's Daily Score toward or past the current leader, as described in the Scoring Bonuses section.

“Round” means a single sequence of play within a Game Day, beginning when the Player initiates play by pressing the PLAY NOW or PLAY AGAIN button, and ending when (a) all 33 spaces on the board have been filled, (b) the Player draws a Tile that cannot be placed and either chooses not to use an Undo or has exhausted all available Undos for the Round, (c) more than fifteen (15) minutes elapse during the Round without any gameplay activity by the Player, (d) the Player reaches a Score of 32 in the Round and more than two (2) minutes elapse without completing the Round, (e) the Player voluntarily exits the Round before completing it, or (f) the Game Day reaches its End Time.

“Score” means the number of points earned by a Player in a single Round before any Scoring Bonus is applied. The maximum possible Score in a Round is 33.

“Scoring Bonus” means the multiplier or rocket advancement applied to a Player's Score based on the scoring tier achieved in a Round, as set forth in the Scoring Bonuses section.

“Settings Menu” means the in-app configuration screen where the Player may turn Hints and Highlights on or off and adjust other gameplay preferences.

“SPIN Button” means the large button in the lower center of the Game Play Screen used by the Player to spin for a new Tile.

“Speed Play” means a 33-second bonus mode during which the Player may spin and place Tiles without risk of ending the Round and without using any Undos, as described in the Speed Play section.

“Terms and Conditions” means the 33 Numbers Terms and Conditions, located at www.33numbers.com/terms, as amended from time to time.

“Tile” means a single unit displayed in the Magnifier and placed by the Player on the game board, containing a randomly generated whole number between 1 and 1,000 inclusive.

“Undo” means a functionality that allows the Player to continue a Round after drawing a Tile that cannot be placed on the board, as described in the Coins and Undos section.

3.  Objective

The objective of the Game is to score the highest Daily Score by the End Time of the Game Day and win the Daily Cash Jackpot. You earn points by correctly placing 33 Tiles into ascending numerical order on the game board during each Round, and may earn additional points through Scoring Bonuses and First Place Bonuses as set forth in these Official Rules.

4.  How To Play

4.1  Interface Elements

The Game Play Screen contains the following key elements: the game board (33 numbered spaces around the perimeter), the Magnifier (the area near the top center that displays the active Tile), the SPIN Button (the large button in the lower center used to spin for a new Tile), the PLAY AGAIN button (used to start a new Round after the previous Round ends), and the Settings Menu (where you may turn Hints and Highlights on or off).

4.2  The Game Board

The game board contains 33 empty spaces arranged around the perimeter of the board. The spaces are numbered from 1 to 33, starting with space number 1 in the lower left, moving clockwise around the board, and ending with space number 33 in the lower right.

4.3  Spinning Tiles

After starting a Round by pressing the PLAY NOW button (for the first Round of a Game Day) or the PLAY AGAIN button (for subsequent Rounds), press the SPIN Button to spin your first Tile. A spinning Tile will appear in the Magnifier. Shortly after you release the SPIN Button, the Tile will stop spinning and display a random whole number between 1 and 1,000 inclusive. You must then choose a space in which to place the Tile. The SPIN Button converts to a PLACE YOUR TILE button until the Tile is placed.

4.4  Placing Tiles

Each Tile may only be placed in an open space and only in ascending numerical order relative to other Tiles already placed. For example, if space 17 contains a Tile with the number 480, and you spin a Tile with the number 640, that Tile must be placed after space 17. If space 24 already contains a Tile with the number 650, then the Tile with the number 640 may only be placed in an open space between space 17 and space 24 to maintain ascending order.

To place a Tile, touch the desired space. This will TEMPORARILY place the Tile in that space. The Magnifier will then display the magnified image of the Tile with the chosen space indicated, the SPIN Button will become active, and any Dynamic Hints in the remaining spaces will update.

If you are satisfied with the placement, press the SPIN Button and a new Tile will appear. If you are not satisfied, you may touch any other available space to move the Tile to that location, or touch the chosen space again to remove the Tile from the board and return the Magnifier to the unplaced state. Once you press the SPIN Button after placing a Tile, that placement is PERMANENT.

4.5  Ending a Round

A Round may end in any of the following ways: (a) you fill all 33 spaces on the board; (b) you draw a Tile that cannot be placed and you either choose not to use an Undo or have used all four Undos available in the Round; (c) more than fifteen (15) minutes elapse during the Round without any gameplay activity by you; (d) you reach a Score of 32 in the Round and more than two (2) minutes elapse without completing the Round; (e) you voluntarily exit the Round before completing it; or (f) the Game Day reaches its End Time.

When you draw a Tile that cannot be placed on the board to maintain ascending order, one or two spaces on the board will turn red indicating where the Tile would otherwise have been placed. If you have already used all four Undos available in the Round, the Round ends automatically. Otherwise, you may use an Undo to continue the Round (see Section 5 for Undo options and costs) or end the Round.

Inactivity Timeout. If more than fifteen (15) minutes elapse during a Round without any gameplay activity by you (such as spinning, placing, or removing a Tile), the Round will automatically end. Your Final Score earned up to that point, including any Scoring Bonus, will be added to your Daily Score.

Score 32 Timeout. Once you reach a Score of 32 in a Round, you have two (2) minutes to complete the Round, either by reaching a Score of 33 or by ending the Round voluntarily. If two (2) minutes elapse from the time you reach Score 32 without the Round ending, the Round will automatically end. Your Final Score of 32, including the Rocket Zone 32 Scoring Bonus, will be added to your Daily Score.

When a Round ends for any reason, your Final Score for that Round, including any Scoring Bonus earned, is added to your Daily Score and retained. This applies whether the Round ended by filling all 33 spaces, by drawing an unplaceable Tile, by the Inactivity Timeout, by the Score 32 Timeout, or by your voluntary decision to exit the Round before completing it. You may then immediately begin a new Round at no cost by pressing PLAY AGAIN or by exiting and reopening the app. There is no limit to the number of Rounds you may play during a Game Day.

If all 33 spaces are successfully filled in a Round, the Round ends and you earn a Scoring Bonus large enough to immediately advance you to first place in the Daily Score standings, subject to the Instant 33 Jackpot conditions described below.

4.6  Hints

If Hints are turned on from the Settings Menu, a Hint will appear above the space number in each empty space on the board. Hints display the proportional Tile value (between 1 and 1,000) expected for that space and help you decide on optimal placement.

There are two types of Hints: Dynamic and Static. Static Hints remain the same from the time they are selected until Hints are turned off, Dynamic Hints are selected, or the Round ends. Dynamic Hints update every time a Tile is placed to reflect the proportional value of each space based on the closest Tiles placed before and after it. Once a Tile is placed in a space, the Hint for that space is no longer displayed.

The Game begins with Dynamic Hints activated. This setting may be changed between Dynamic, Static, or off at any time from the Settings Menu, including during an active Round.

4.7  Highlights

If Highlights are activated from the Settings Menu, the open spaces on the board where the current Tile may be placed will be visually highlighted. Highlights may be turned on or off from the Settings Menu and may be changed at any time, including during an active Round.

5.  Coins and Undos

Pressing the Undo button allows you to continue playing a Round after drawing a Tile for which no available space exists, where the Round would otherwise have ended. You may use a maximum of four (4) Undos in a single Round.

Each time you use an Undo, you may choose between two options: (a) pay the applicable Coin cost, or (b) watch an optional advertisement at no Coin cost. The Coin cost for an Undo increases with each Undo used in the Round: the first Undo costs one (1) Coin, the second Undo costs two (2) Coins, the third Undo costs three (3) Coins, and the fourth Undo costs four (4) Coins. If you do not have enough Coins to pay for the next Undo, you may purchase additional Coins, use the watch-an-advertisement option to earn the Undo at no Coin cost, or end the Round.

You may accumulate an unlimited number of Coins. The cost of Coin bundles will be communicated through the app from time to time. The ways in which Coins are earned and purchased are described elsewhere in these Official Rules, including in Sections 7.3 (First Place Bonuses) and 11 (Free Version vs. Premium Version).

If any Undo is used in a Round, the Instant 33 Jackpot cannot be won in that Round.

6.  Speed Play

A Speed Play allows you to spin as many times as you can within 33 seconds without risk of ending the Round and without using any Undos. If a Tile spun during Speed Play cannot be placed on the board, you may simply spin again for a new Tile. You may continue to place Tiles or spin again until Speed Play ends, after which normal Game rules resume.

The first Speed Play in a Round is earned by scoring 10 points in that Round. When you reach 10 points, a Speed Play pop-up screen will give you the option to begin Speed Play immediately or save it for later. A saved Speed Play may be used at any time during the active Round, but not after the Round ends.

Additional Speed Plays may be earned in a Round if you spin any Tile whose number ends in 33 (that is, 33, 133, 233, 333, 433, 533, 633, 733, 833, or 933). These additional Speed Plays must be played immediately upon being earned or they are forfeited. There is no limit to the number of Speed Plays that may be earned and played in a Round.

If any Speed Play is used in a Round, the Instant 33 Jackpot cannot be won in that Round.

7.  Scoring

7.1  Score, Final Score, and Daily Score

In each Round, you can earn a Score of up to 33 points. At the end of each Round, your Final Score for that Round is calculated by applying any Scoring Bonus earned during the Round to your Score. Your Final Score is then added to your Daily Score, which accumulates throughout the Game Day.

A Round may end in several ways, as described in Section 4.5. When a Round ends, your Final Score for that Round is retained and added to your Daily Score. A new Round may begin immediately, and your Daily Score continues to accumulate across all Rounds played within the Game Day until the End Time.

7.2  Scoring Bonuses

The following Scoring Bonuses apply at the end of each Round, based on the Score earned in that Round:

The actual point value awarded for any Rocket Zone bonus is displayed on the Game Play Screen at the time the bonus is earned.

7.3  First Place Bonuses

Each time you reach first place in the Daily Score standings at any point during a Game Day, you receive a First Place Bonus of six (6) free Coins added to your Coin balance. There is no limit to how many times this bonus may be earned during a single Game Day.

As a further reward for holding first place, and for as long as you continue to hold first place during the Game Day, your Daily Score will automatically increase by five (5) points per minute during periods when you are not actively playing. If another Player overtakes you for first place, this per-minute bonus stops accruing for you and begins accruing for the new first place Player.

8.  The Daily Cash Jackpot

The 33 Numbers daily real-money contest awards Daily Cash Jackpots to the Players with the five highest Daily Scores at the End Time of each Game Day. The Players who achieve the five highest Daily Scores will win their respective Jackpots, in the amounts specified below. Winning Players will be notified within the app and their usernames will be displayed on the Scores tab of the home page of the app, visible to all Players. If two or more Players are tied for any of the five highest Daily Scores at the End Time, the first Player to reach that Daily Score during the Game Day wins the applicable Jackpot.

Jackpot amounts may be changed at any time at the sole discretion of 33 Numbers, LLC. Current Jackpot amounts are:

• First Place Jackpot: $1,000
• Second Place Jackpot: $200
• Third Place Jackpot: $100
• Fourth Place Jackpot: $50
• Fifth Place Jackpot: $25

9.  The Instant 33 Jackpot

If you score a 33 in a single Round without using any Undo and without using any Speed Play in that Round, you instantly win the Instant 33 Jackpot. The Instant 33 Jackpot is $500.

10.  Award of Jackpot

If you are a potential winner of a Jackpot, you will be notified via push notification in the app and via SMS. To claim a Jackpot, you must register and cash out within ten (10) business days of such notification, or 33 Numbers, LLC may select an alternative potential winner.

Before awarding any Jackpot, 33 Numbers, LLC may require you to furnish proof of identification and other proof of eligibility under these Official Rules and to execute and return any required documentation, including, but not limited to, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Publicity Release, and a tax acknowledgement form. You must execute and return all such documents in their entirety within ten (10) business days from the date they are sent to you, or you may forfeit the Jackpot in the Company's sole discretion.

If you are found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, decline to accept a Jackpot, the Company is unable to contact you, or the Jackpot notification is returned undeliverable, you will forfeit the Jackpot, and the Company may, in its sole discretion, select an alternative potential winner.

The right to receive a Jackpot is non-assignable and non-transferable, and no prize substitution, exchange, or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by the Company. The Company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the case of the unavailability of the Jackpot or any portion of it, force majeure, or otherwise in the Company's sole discretion. Any expenses not stated relating to acceptance or use of the Jackpot are the sole responsibility of the winner.

FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES, IF ANY, ARE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.

11.  Free Version vs. Premium Version

33 Numbers is available in a free version and a Premium Version. The free version allows Players to fully participate in the Game and compete for all Jackpots, with advertisements displayed between Rounds. The Premium Version is available for a monthly subscription fee that may be canceled at any time, or for a one-time payment. The Premium Version eliminates ads between Rounds and provides discounted Coin pricing. Both versions include in-app purchases and opportunities to earn Undos by watching ads or by referring Friends using your Referral Code.

The free version offers the same odds of winning as the Premium Version.

12.  Friends and Referrals

You may refer other individuals to play 33 Numbers using your Referral Code, which is displayed on the Friends Tab on the home page of the app. If a Friend signs up with 33 Numbers using your Referral Code, you will be awarded Coins. You will also earn additional Coins when a Friend joins the Premium Version using your Referral Code. The exact number of Coins awarded for referrals will be specified and updated from time to time on the Friends Tab.

Your Friends will be listed on the Players Tab along with their Daily Scores.

13.  Additional Prize Rules

All dollar values are published in US Dollars. Cash prizes are typically paid within ten (10) business days of winning. Any fees charged by your selected payment provider (for example, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App) will be deducted from the prize payment.

14.  General Provisions

14.1  Personal Information

Information collected from participants is subject to and will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Official Rules by reference.

14.2  Communications

You consent to the Company contacting you concerning the Contest, including notifying you if you are a potential winner of any Jackpot.

14.3  Conflict and Precedence

These Official Rules are subject to and incorporate by reference the Company's Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and these Official Rules, the Official Rules take precedence, but only in relation to the Contest. If there is any conflict between the details contained in these Official Rules and details contained on the 33 Numbers app or website, the details set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.

14.4  Tampering and Disqualification

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the operation of the website or app or the Contest, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. In such event, the Company may terminate such individual's ability to participate in the Contest.

CAUTION AND WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR APP OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF ANY CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
