Effective Date: May 2026. This page publishes the current privacy policy for 33 Numbers, including the app, the site, prize claims, advertising, and region-specific disclosures.

This policy explains what information 33 Numbers collects, how it is used, how long it is retained, when it is disclosed, and what rights users may have depending on where they live.
Important limits
The Services are not intended for anyone under 18. California, Nevada, EEA, and UK visitors may also have additional rights or disclosures described in the annexes below.

Who We Are
Welcome to 33 Numbers, a free-to-play daily competitive mobile game that gives players the chance to win real cash prizes (the "Service"). The Service, along with our website at www.33numbers.com (the "Site"), is owned and operated by 33 Numbers LLC ("33 Numbers," "we," or "us"). This Privacy Policy describes what information we gather from you through the Services, how we use and disclose that information, and what we do to protect it. By using the Services, you consent to the information handling practices described in this Policy.
This Policy is incorporated into and subject to the 33 Numbers Terms and Conditions, available at www.33numbers.com/terms. The practices described in this Policy apply only to our use of information supplied by you through the Services.
1. Region-Specific Disclosures
We may choose or be required by law to provide different or additional disclosures relating to the processing of personal information about residents of certain countries, regions or states.
- If you are a resident of California, please refer to Annex 1 of this Policy for additional California-specific disclosures under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).
- If you are a resident of Nevada, Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes permits you to opt out of future sales of certain covered information. To submit such a request, contact us at support@33numbers.com. Note that the Game is not currently available to Nevada residents.
- If you are resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, please refer to Annex 2 of this Policy for additional GDPR-specific disclosures.
2. Special Notice Regarding Minors
The Services are not intended or directed towards children or minors under the age of 18. Do not use the Services if you are under 18. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from persons under 18 years of age. If we learn that personal information from a person under 18 has been collected, we will delete it as soon as possible. 3. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
You do not need to register to play 33 Numbers, but you must register to be eligible to claim prizes. When you register or claim a prize, we may collect:
- Your name and username
- Your email address and password
- Your postal address and telephone number (required for prize fulfillment)
- Tax identification information (required for prize payouts above IRS reporting thresholds)
- Any photos or profile information you choose to upload
- Comments, suggestions or other information you submit to us
Automatically Collected Information
When you use the Service, we automatically collect:
- IP address, device type, operating system and browser type
- Device ID and advertising identifiers (IDFA for iOS, Android Advertising ID for Android)
- Dates and times of access and gameplay activity
- Leaderboard performance, scores, and gameplay records
- Crash logs and performance diagnostics
- Approximate geographic location based on IP address
Location Information
The Service may collect general location information based on your IP address for purposes of geographic eligibility verification. We do not collect precise GPS location without your explicit permission. If you disable location functionality, certain features of the Service may not function.
Device Permissions and Advertising IDs
Our app may request access to device features to provide game functionality. We may use your device's advertising ID to deliver relevant advertisements, subject to your device settings. You may opt out of interest-based advertising by adjusting your mobile device settings or visiting www.aboutads.info.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Administer, operate and improve the Services
- Register and authenticate your account
- Verify your eligibility to participate and win
- Process prize claims and fulfill prize payouts, including tax reporting obligations
- Display your username, profile picture and scores on leaderboards and player profiles
- Deliver targeted advertisements and track advertising performance
- Send you administrative communications and customer service responses
- Send you marketing communications about our products and services, subject to your preferences
- Detect and prevent fraud, cheating, abuse and other harmful activities
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Analyze usage trends and develop new features and services
We will use your email address to contact you for administrative and customer service purposes and, with your consent, to send you promotions and marketing materials.
5. Advertising and Monetization
33 Numbers is a free-to-play Service funded in part by advertising revenue. The Service displays advertisements to users, including rewarded video advertisements that users may choose to watch to earn in-game coins. We work with third-party advertising partners who may use cookies, device IDs and other tracking technologies to deliver relevant advertisements and measure advertising performance.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers. We may share aggregated or de-identified information with advertising partners for purposes of ad targeting and measurement. We may share your advertising identifier with ad network partners for purposes of delivering interest-based advertisements subject to your device settings.
You may opt out of interest-based advertising at any time through your device settings or by visiting www.aboutads.info (for web-based opt-out) or by enabling Limit Ad Tracking on your iOS device or opting out of personalized ads on your Android device.
6. When We Disclose Your Information
Other than as described in this Policy, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. We disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
- Prize winners: if you win a prize, we may publish your first name, last initial, location and prize description for promotional purposes, and we will disclose personal information to third parties as required for tax reporting.
- Service providers: we work with third-party service providers to provide maintenance, data analysis, hosting, prize fulfillment and other services. These providers may access your personal information only to perform contracted services.
- Legal compliance: we may disclose your information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or government process, or to cooperate with law enforcement.
- Protection of rights: we may disclose your information to protect against fraud or unlawful activity, to enforce our Terms and Conditions, or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users or others.
- Non-identifiable information: we may share aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you with third parties for business, marketing or advertising purposes.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain information for longer periods as required by law or for legitimate business purposes including fraud prevention, legal compliance and dispute resolution. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention obligations.
- Account information: retained for the life of your account plus up to 3 years after account closure
- Prize and tax records: retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable tax law
- Gameplay and performance records: retained for up to 2 years
- Fraud and security records: retained as needed for up to 5 years
8. Your Choices and Access
If you have established a user account, you may update, correct or delete your profile information at any time through your account settings in the Service. To request deletion of your account and associated personal information, contact us at support@33numbers.com.
To protect your privacy and security, we may ask you to verify your identity before granting account access or making corrections. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, products or services that we do not own or operate. This Policy does not apply to your activities on or information you disclose to third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.
We may permit users to connect to certain third-party social services. Any personal information you provide on or to any third-party service is subject to that third party's privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
10. Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. The Services require users to be 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from persons under 18 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under 18 has obtained an account on the Service, you may contact us at support@33numbers.com and request that we delete that child's personal information.
11. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable physical, managerial and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. Once we receive your transmission, we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems.

12. Business Transfers
In the event that all or a portion of 33 Numbers or its assets is acquired by or merged with a third-party entity, we reserve the right to transfer personal information we have collected from users in connection with such merger, acquisition, or other change of control.
13. Automated Processing
The Service uses automated systems to operate the daily competition leaderboard, calculate scores and prize allocations, detect fraudulent or abusive activity, and deliver targeted advertisements. Some user accounts displayed in the game may be automated accounts used for testing, gameplay continuity and quality control purposes, as more fully described in our Terms and Conditions.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may occasionally update this Policy. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy. If we make material changes to how we use your personal information, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice in the Service before the change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Services after a revised Policy has become effective indicates that you have read, understood and agreed to the then-current version of this Policy.

These disclosures supplement the information in our Privacy Policy and apply solely to residents of California.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:
- Right to Know: you may request that we disclose what personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete: you may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct: you may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: we do not sell your personal information. We may share your advertising identifier with ad network partners for interest-based advertising. You may opt out by contacting us or through your device settings.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: to the extent we collect sensitive personal information, you have the right to limit its use to purposes permitted under CPRA.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

Lawful Basis for Processing
