Usually within 7 business days after we verify the win.
How do I win the Daily Cash Jackpot?
Finish the Game Day with one of the five highest Daily Scores. The Game Day ends at 9:59:59 PM Eastern Time.
How do I win the Instant 33 Jackpot?
Score a 33 in a single Round without using any Undo and without using any Speed Play. That wins the Instant 33 Jackpot of $500.
Can I win two days in a row?
Yes. The current rules do not include a cooldown period after a win.
What is Speed Play?
Speed Play is a 33-second bonus mode where you can spin and place tiles without risk of ending the Round and without using Undos.
How do I change how I receive my winnings?
Open Settings from the home or gameplay screen and choose the payout option. You can update PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo there.
What does an Undo actually undo?
It rewinds the move that ended the round. You pick up where you left off.
How do I get more Undos?
You can use Coins to buy an Undo when a drawn tile cannot be placed, or watch an optional ad to receive that Undo at no Coin cost.
Why does the tile spin longer sometimes?
Usually it is a slow connection, or you held the score button a little longer before letting go.
What do I do if the tile will not stop spinning?
Network dropped mid-round. Exit the game, reconnect, then reopen it.
